Meeting Topics:
· Quarterly meetings to be held electronically through response to proposed Newsletter
· Juniors who use social media like Facebook and MySpace encouraged to arrange play times and discuss club issues with fellow club members
· Arrangements for Matches and Practice Sessions – to take place between members or through e-mail, phone or text messages to Gerald Davis, Sr.
· Friday Afternoons – prime access time for match play
· Sunday Mid-morning to early afternoon – by agreement or arrangement at Friday sessions or through Gerald, Sr.
· School Holidays – also available time for play/practice
· Collaboration on Family Fun Day & Special Events - Non-profit status of NOYT enables CPJTC to receive donations/publicity for free public events. Junior Club members and administrators would team to make event(s) successful.
